Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using zenflow, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Use of the service
zenflow helps you track events, manage reports, and analyze your sales data. Use it lawfully and don't try to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without our permission.
We may restrict access for anyone who violates these terms or puts other users at risk.

Billing and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are shown in your account before you subscribe. If a payment fails, we may pause access to paid features until it's resolved.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.

Your data
You own the data you send through Appretio. We use it only to provide and improve the service, as described in our privacy policy. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Intellectual property
Appretio, including its design, code, and branding, belongs to us. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond what's needed to use the service normally.

Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — like billing and liability — remain in effect.

Limitation of liability
We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do, and post material changes in advance where we can.

Changes to these terms
Appretio is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
